Last year we sold out our sponsor display areas. For 2008, first option is given to previous sponsors to return. Therefore we will only be able to accept new sponsors if previous sponsors choose not to return. If you are a new sponsor interested in having a display area please contact us first to make sure there is space available. We can always accept companies at lower levels of sponsorship, if you are interested in supporting and gaining visibility through the event, but do not require display space.

The Expo is a celebration of photography, nature, the arts, and travel.  Our desire is to attract and showcase sponsors who share our passion.

The Expo web site is part of an extensive advertising campaign to maximize public participation at this event.  We publicize the event through a variety of newspapers and other print and electronic media.

Last year's event was highly successful due to the outstanding participation of our sponsors.  Our two-day events in 2005, 2006 and 2007 each attracted 2,000 visitors and we expect greater attendance this year. The six camera clubs, which organize the Expo, represent over 600 photographers. Additionally, through our directory of Speakers and Judges, we promote our event to professional photographers and organizations in the Northern Virginia and Washington DC area. Finally, we also enjoy the far-reaching promotional resources of the Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority.

Funding is Important!  We ask for your commitment and funding contributions as soon as possible (no later than December 1, 2007) to secure funds required to promote the event effectively with enough lead time to meet advertising publication and printing deadlines.

Your financial contributions are a key to promoting this event.  However, we would of course welcome any donation of services, products, gift certificates, etc.

There will be a private reception on Saturday evening (February 9th) which provides your company or organization with a prestigious and elegant setting to entertain your invited guests.
